HR Specialist – Ext. Staffed Position

  • Close cooperation with HR and other related departments at ŠKODA AUTO in terms of HR
  • Performance and hiring tools administration (e.g. Trakstar, Team Fast Feedback, Recruitee), opportunity to use innovative tools and platforms
  • Securing the employee's journey employee recruitment, onboarding, "living" and termination cycles
  • HR Role for our projects (e.g. HoppyGo, BeRider, Uniqway)
  • Owner of the hiring, onboarding and employee / co-worker process (with the agency support)
  • Possibility to use different channels for attracting the best digital talents
  • Personnel administration according to assigned personnel processes and related reporting
  • Advice for employees in the field of HR and labour law
  • Administration of information systems for personnel agenda
  • Setting up new processes in the field of HR
  • Reporting to relevant stakeholders
  • Tracking of use of educational budget
  • Ad-hoc tasks
Co budete potřebovat
  • At least 3+ years of experience in HR, especially in the area of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven experience with both IT/technical and non-technical recruitment;
  • Experience in HR Operations / Specialist or HR Generalist role would be a plus;
  • Very good knowledge of the Czech labour law;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Czech (Native) and English on a communicative level (at least B2 – Upper-Intermediate)
