CEO @CareDriver DE (m/f/d)
We are looking for dynamic, goal-oriented manager with a strong entrepreneur spirit and proven prior experience with developing start-ups or handling large and complex projects. CEO will be fully responsible for managing all aspect of CareDriver Service GmbH (CDS) operations in several cities on German market. What you’ll do
  • Full ownership of CDS management, 360° management of the company containing several streams (legal, finance, tax, HR, marketing, IT landscape, business development and sales, fleet/drivers operations, municipality relationships and service licensing)
  • Actively drive further development and growth of the project by shaping the right strategy and vision especially in marketing and business development (e.g. finding new B2B partnerships and clients), strong entrepreneur spirit is needed
  • Manage, oversee or build up operations in several German (Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne) cities with HQ currently located in Munich
  • Set up (or modify) and manage the right team structure, capabilities and capacities to handle the entire operation
  • Management of external suppliers/agencies
  • Make sure the whole operations is running very cost efficiently and within agreed budget limits, management by numbers with advanced reporting capabilities in place
  • Continuous monitoring of service quality delivered to customers
  • Leadership of small / mid-size team
  • Regular reporting to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab/ŠKODA AUTO management regarding status and further development plans
What you’ll need
  • At least 8 years of experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex operations, including launching and scaling
  • Combined experience from start-ups / fast growing companies and corporations would be a big plus
  • Self-motivated, independent and goal-oriented personality with entrepreneurial spirit and strong focus on delivering results and achieving targets, ability to manage priorities
  • Demonstrated professional interpersonal skills – high level of motivation, integrity, self-confidence and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills are required to achieve cooperation, to negotiate and reach agreement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English, extensive knowledge of local German market and ability to negotiate with municipalities/licensing authorities
  • Experience from mobility related company
  • Experience with establishing and scaling-up a start-up company
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, understanding of UX principles, human centred designs, etc.
  • Knowledge derived from sales, marketing and product development
