Customer Care Specialist - External (m/f/d)
We are currently looking for communicative fellas who will help us with ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support on our BeRider project.
What you’ll do
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels – phone, emails and social media.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing registrations of new customers.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary – especially with technical and marketing team.
What you’ll need
  • Experience working with customer support would be great plus
  • Excellent level of communication skills, especially via phone
  • Stress resistance and ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Knowledge of English language  +  Czech or Polish language
  • High school education (A-Level) as a minimum
  • Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint)
