Customer Excellence Specialist (m/f/d)
What you’ll do
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels – phone, emails and social media.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing registrations of new customers.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary – especially with technical and marketing team.
