Customer Excellence Specialist (m/f/d)

Nowadays we are providing more than 1 500 vehicles to our users in Czech Republic. Our userbase is growing constantly, currently we have almost 40 000 registered users and hundreds of new ones are coming every day. However, our mission is not finished yet, we have the drive to push the limits of carsharing forward. And this is why we are currently extending our Customer Excellence team for communicative fellas who will help us with ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.

What you’ll do
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels – phone, emails and social media.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing registrations of new customers.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary – especially with technical and marketing team.
What you’ll need
  • Experience working with customer support would be great plus
  • Excellent level of communication skills, especially via phone
  • Stress resistance and ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Knowledge of English language  +  Czech or Polish language
  • High school education (A-Level) as a minimum
  • Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint)
