Data Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for enthusiastic Data Analyst with advanced ability to understand business context who will support ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab in leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact business decisions.  It’s a great opportunity to drive business and see impact immediately.

What you’ll do
  • Close cooperation with IT / Project Management during service/ project design and application development to ensure implementation of requirements for data collection
  • Designing of automated reporting solution / dashboard and adjustment / set up of relevant KPIs and metrics for performance of our projects – e.g. BeRider, Citymove and many others
  • Extracting insights from data, cooperate on development of state-of-the-art predictive systems to drive ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab revenues and communicating implications and recommendations
  • Actively collect questions and requests from individual projects and deliver ad hoc data analyses and new insights to drive the performance of our projects (HoppyGo, BeRider, citymove and more) to shape the future of mobility
What you’ll need
  • Critical, proactive thinking with an attention to detail
  • Common sense
  • Working knowledge of noSQL (Elasticsearch, MongoDB or similar) and ability to write complex scripts in SQL / Python
  • Analytical – ability to understand business context and create KPIs as per business needs
  • Advanced experience with visualisation tools such as PowerBI
  • English full proficiency is a must, Czech is an advantage


  • Experience of Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics
  • Skills in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
