HR & Competency Development Manager (m/w/d)
What you’ll do
  • Member of the Leadership team of ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab responsible for overall HR development
  •  of the company and our subsidiaries (such as HoppyGo and BeRider);
  • Responsibility for Headcount planning and HR strategy in cooperation with both managing directors, CEO and CFO, and Chief Operations Officer;
  • Ownership of all People matters and HR processes and fully delivering:
    • Talent acquisition and fulfillment of open vacancies;
    • Onboarding of new colleagues and offboarding;
    • Training and people development management (competency development program) including coaching;
    • Feedback and Performance Appraisals – such as setting and evaluation of quarter KPIs, 360-degree Feedback, and more;
    • HR Compliance management;
  • Close cooperation with HR and other related departments in ŠKODA AUTO / VW in terms of HR/people matters but also innovation in HR area (participation in testing of new technologies);
  • Team leadership part-time junior colleagues;
  • Management of external personnel agency in terms of coordination external colleagues.
What you’ll need
  • At least 7+ years of experience in HR, especially in the area of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven experience with both IT/technical and non-technical recruitment;
  • L&D (Learning & Development) or coaching experience would be a significant plus;
  • Experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role would be a plus;
  • Very good knowledge of the Czech labor law;
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives;
  • Czech (Native) and English on a communicative level (at least B2 – Upper-Intermediate), knowledge of the German language is a plus.
