Researcher & Business Analyst (m/w/d)

We are looking for a bright, proactive, and hard-working person with an analytical background who will suggest business process improvements and new business development using analytics. As the Researcher & Business Analyst, you will be working intensively on the initial phase of product/service lifecycle where data are collected for further evaluation. Within this role, you will also analyze data, draw conclusions and be responsible for your own Discovery deliveries (projects) from day one. What you’ll do
  • Use research and data analysis to find changes/opportunities in the global market
  • Find and analyze existing research results by both private and public institutions
  • Design, execute, analyze or coordinate consumer research activities, both quantitative and qualitative, in close cooperation with external companies or individual experts
  • Prepare, execute and document innovation management processes such as Design Sprints and Co-Creation Workshops
  • Design and conduct in-depth-interviews with consumers or industry experts, with focus on summary of key findings and recommendations for next steps, always driven by business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate consumer and market research activities internationally across our hubs in India, China and Israel as well as with suppliers (researchers, consultants, technicians)
  • Ultimately utilizes analytical skills to evaluate the market needs and compares the existing portfolio with the market map. As a result, identify the gap together with the Discovery Lead and proposes new project initiation
  • KPI driven approach, with measurable outcomes and proposal of next steps
What you’ll need
  • Masters Degree in Advanced Analytics AND/OR methodologically rich social sciences (e.g. sociology, psychology, anthropology, communication science) or comparable working experience (e.g. data-driven research)
  • Strong skills in statistics and advanced data analytics
  • Analytical thinking, ability to analyze topics on a global scale through meta-research, and ability to understand business context
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and application of Design Thinking, Agile and Lean Startup methodology
  • Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented personality and a strong focus on delivering results and achieving targets; Ability to manage priorities;
  • Fluent in English and Czech, German is a plus
  • Be passionate about digital and mobility services and new technologies in general

Nice to have: 

  • Experience from working at a mobility-related company (Automotive manufacturer,  Mobility provider, e-commerce or IT company with B2C and customer-centric approach)
  • Combined experience from start-ups / fast-growing companies and corporations
