Over the course of my career, I have gained over 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising, events, consulting, digital, innovation and customer success management. Prior to joining Volkswagen AG, I founded a creative agency in Munich where I was responsible for brand strategy, franchise development, events, advertising and creative direction of more than 600 projects. In 2010, I joined Volkswagen AG as Head of International Motorshows & Events, managing projects for the Volkswagen brand worldwide. Fascinated by customer-centric business models through digitalisation, I took over as Head of Marketing and Innovation for New Business and Digital and founded Think New, an organisation that contributes to digital transformation and innovation at the Volkswagen brand. Since June 2021, I have held the position of Head of Customer Journey Strategy at ŠKODA AUTO, where I am responsible for Innovation & Scouting, among other things - a position I will continue to hold. I am joining the management of ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab.
During my more than 20 past years, I have gained extensive experience in the Automotive sector. Other than the purchasing and quality fields, I have worked most of my career in finance. In this area, I have discovered not only the nuances of financial management of large corporate units, but also the financial management of subsidiaries and foreign companies, even the financing of future projects - all in the field of automotive production and digitization. In recent years, I have also been involved in the management of a non-profit company, and independent business, in the field of art production. I believe that the digital world will surround and influence us more in the coming years, which is why it is paramount that such important companies as ŠKODA AUTO keep pace with the rapid development in this field. The mission of ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab is to be an effective accelerator that enriches the parent company's standard business with the latest knowledge from the progressive development of the digital world and mobility services.
During my 20+ year career in the telecommunication and data center industry, I have been pivotal in a variety of successful projects in sales, business development and project management. At ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I am leveraging my working experience to make sure that our ideas turn into viable products and services and projects become a reality in the new era of mobility.
During last 5 years I worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for startups focusing mostly on B2B and B2C online services for travelers. Prior to that I worked for leading e-commerce platform as Sr. Business Analyst responsible for its platform development in France. I have also been leading a team of business analysts delivering internet distribution platform for public transport tickets in Prague. I have no doubt that the application of digital technologies in the automotive industry is the disruptive trend that will transform the whole industry. At the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I am identifying opportunities and managing implementation of the new services that will generate additional value for ŠKODA’s customers.
I have more then 15 years of experience in marketing and digital technologies. I gathered all experiences in media, digital agencies and also in my privat business. Now Im getting an opportunity to bring this experience and knowledge into SKODA AUTO DigiLab, where my favourite modern technologies and automotive meets together.My goal is to lead a marketing team with responsibility for ATL, BTL, digital campaings and events. And not only for SKODA AUTO DigiLab, also for all projects in mobility as a service, emobility and smart citites segments.
I’ve been in software development for over 8 years. I was mostly helping startups with building their dreams during this period. My focus was primarily on the mobile and backend development. Initially, I started as an iOS developer and throughout the time moved to Project Lead role. Now I’m excited for the opportunity to leverage and extend my knowledge as Software Architect at SKODA AUTO DigiLab. My interest in technology implemented in cars and in mobility makes perfect fit here.
I enjoy working in ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, an international innovation team where we connect different technological solutions and invent new products using the latest technologies from different parts of the world. This presents a number of challenges for the legal profession to deal with. In my 20 years of legal practice, I have accumulated a wealth of experience in telecoms, IT, IP and M&A, which I can contribute to our digital projects. My role is to lead the legal team in charge of the general legal agenda, data protection, compliance and litigation.
As the HR Manager at ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab (apart from HR processes and everything that the managerial role requires), I oversee the most valuable and important asset, and that is our people. I have worked in the field of human resources for 16 years, and therefore I know that working with human potential, its proper use, and its development, is one of the main pillars that builds a successful and healthy company. That's why I'm very happy that right here in DigiLab I'm surrounded by a great, very talented and motivated team.
Through 19 years of „online experience“ in the private sector, digital creative, and media agencies, I discovered that digital innovation and technology is my passion. I am looking for, and creating, new opportunities in emerging customer-centered mobility technologies and trends, preparing digital strategies, creative concepts, and project development. The world of interconnected sensors making our lives easier, with impact on privacy rights, is intriguing my spirit and I keep track of the latest developments and trends in this area. The ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab is for me the place where all the mentioned come together to ignite radical innovativeness.
My job at ŠKODA AUTO DigLab is to ensure that our projects stand on solid legal foundations. In particular, I deal with IP/IT law, compliance, processing and protection of personal data and contract law. I like logical and effective solutions and I always try to make my advice and suggestions understandable and, above all, beneficial. I am a team player who is open to everything new and that is the reason, why I am glad to be a part of ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, where there is no shortage of innovative approaches.
I have been working most of my 15-year long career in various software development and technology companies. There I gained a lot of experience with software development and project management, complex integrations of various HW and SW technologies from security systems through industrial automation to intelligent transportation systems and IoT. I am a big technology enthusiast and in ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I focus on implementation of the new technologies into the Smart City projects and mobility services.
With over 10 years of managerial experience running teams for many large multi-national clients including Microsoft, Ford, Nestle, Colgate, and GSK for the World class marketing company Wunderman I have joined ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab with a new mission. I have taken over operations of HoppyGo, a company that’s already a top player in the CZ market. My goal is to bring HoppyGo from a Czech startup to a major European player in the P2P Carsharing space
I came to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab from the technical development department in ŠKODA AUTO, concretely from the project Connected Car. Before that I worked for several years in small german digital agency and big french corporation in airline industry. I have been always interested in new technologies and innovations and liked meaningful work that has impact. That’s why I was attracted to work in ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab and am really happy to be part of our amazing international team. In ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I am responsible for AI and eMobility project management.
Cars have been my passion from a very early age and my career also started in car racing. Since then, I gained experience in various different industries, including banking, real estate development and gastronomy. I found that what truly fulfils me is building new businesses and projects, that have a significant impact and that is why ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab is the perfect place for me, as it combines both. In the last 5 years, my career was focused on mobility projects. I built and lead HoppyGo P2P carsharing, and now, I am in charge of BeRider shared electric scooters.
For the last few years, I have been developing my skills and knowledge in the field of online marketing, specifically "performance marketing", as well as analytical tools (for websites, applications). In the past, I have worked on several major internet projects with overlap to neighboring countries where I led and developed a team of online marketing specialists. At ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, I would like to help individual projects to take full advantage of their potential and move them further in online marketing and analytics.
Over the past 10 years I’ve worked on various marketing positions in technology startups, IT companies and marketing agencies. Throughout this time I was focusing mostly on performance campaigns, lead generation and content creation. But my life’s biggest passion have always been cars, so when the opportunity came to join ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab and combine my experience from tech startups with my passion for everything automotive, I didn't hesitate for a second. Right now I’m part of the marketing team and working closely with project teams on launching new mobility services while promoting other DigiLab’s activities as well.
Joining ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab team as intern during my studies gave me opportunity to see how new mobility projects are built. Now as employee I can contribute with my knowledge from shared economy, micromobility or electromobility. In my position I can be on top of new trends in field of technologies and innovation. These insights we leverage to build new projects or improve existing ones.
I have designed and published my first website more than 18 years ago and since then, designing for web has become my biggest passion and area of interest. During my 12 years of proffesional experience I have designed websites and web/mobile applications for several large czech and international clients. Working for ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab is a great opportunity to combine the online with the offline world in a startup-like environment.
When I was a little child, I had always wondered how things work, I tried to figure out every little thing and I enjoyed proposing new solutions. This stayed the same even when I was an adult, and over time, the little things became big projects. Over the past few years, I have worked as a designer and systems analyst in top telecommunications companies in Europe. I started working in product development area and I took part in several successful projects, which I was able to transform from a thought on a paper to a real operation. I have always tried to come up with an innovative solution, and this has brought me to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, where innovation meets reality.
During my geoinformatics studies on a university, besides processing and analyzing the data, I was also involved in their visualization and became more interested in programming web and especially map applications. Later, I co-operated with several international teams on projects that were at different stages of development, thus I gained insight into a number of other technologies. During my work, I am always trying to find the best approaches to speed up the entire development process. Working in Digilab is for me an everyday challenge and the opportunity to participate in the development of progressive projects. In Digilab, I am dedicated to the development of web and hybrid mobile applications, and sometimes I help in the area of geodata processing.
My journey in website and software development started on high school. During this time I participated on different projects ranging from common presentation sites to eshops and cloud SaaS applications. I like to look for an effective solution to complex problems using state-of-the-art technologies. That’s why I joined ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, where I can use my experience in projects with global reach.
I came to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab from the automotive where I was focusing on marketing. I am happy to be part of a professional team full of enthusiastic experts working on developing projects with the latest technologies in the digital world. At DigiLab, I am part of the financial team and together with project managers, we work on new mobility service challenges.
After more than 5 years of working on diverse research projects in the academia, NGOs, and market research companies, I was excited to join ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab as a Researcher and Business Analyst within the Innovation and scouting unit. This line of job not only requires a lot of creativity and expertise but also presents opportunities for learning and acquiring of new skills on an everyday basis. My task is to oversee market research operations and to lead new projects related to novel use of data, or work on new ideas for digital touchpoints and e-mobility projects.
In 2011, after 8 years as managing director of SUMITOMO ČR, I joined the ŠKODA AUTO team. Here, in my role as head of product management, I was successively responsible for various activities for ŠKODA AUTO in different locations (Malaysia, Russia, India). In 2013, I moved to China (Beijing) where I managed product management activities for Volkswagen and eventually relocated to SEAT in Spain in 2015 with responsibility for product planning and strategy. In early 2019, I received the opportunity to take on the role of Business Development Manager in After Sales with responsibility for digital products and services, human touch, customer satisfaction and loyalty, including coverage of eMobility topics such as wallbox and powerpass. In 2021, I was offered the position of Managing Director of ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab with the aim of integrating digital products and services and thus expanding the portfolio with a direct impact on the B2C end customer.
In 2021 I joined the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab team directly from ŠKODA AUTO, where I was active in the After Sales area. As the Executive Assistant of the Head of the company, Jaroslav Pelant, I give my full energy and dedication to any project I take on. As a first point of contact in the company, I always support and assist the whole team. I maintain a positive and focused attitude while interacting with people and problem-solving. I enjoy the fast-paced environment ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab has to offer.
I am originally from ŠKODA AUTO, where I had the unique chance to gain expertise in management of dealer network, aftersales, loyalty and digital services. ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, for me, means the opportunity to define the future of B2C automotive services, which will be filled with digital technologies. My responsibility is to lead the B2C Strategy & Portfolio team, whose scope is to design new services and solutions for B2C customers, definition of strategy and future direction. Our goal is to connect vehicle and digital services in one functional ecosystem.

I am responsible for setting up eMobility Strategy. I’m bringing experience to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab gained from eMobility Project management across the VW Group since 2016. My mission is to find, prioritize and manage the development of products and services that will help shift the world towards clean mobility. The future is digital and electric. My goal is to show our customers that by making eMobility technology available, they can live their lives more efficiently, easily and independently.
I joined ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab from ŠKODA AUTO, where I worked in HR recruiting professionals for the sales and marketing areas. I also have a rich career not only in HR, but also in sales, marketing and PR. I am very pleased to be able to use my know-how within ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab and to fulfil our mission, which is to support the creation of the latest digital services of ŠKODA AUTO and to contribute to their further development by using progressive marketing tools. In this way we will succeed to offer our state-of-art products and services to our modern customers with high expectations.
During the last 10 years, I have been working on both (business and development) parts of digital products. I helped to create the very first connectivity strategy in ŠKODA AUTO, built digital campaigns for startups, and brought to life ŠKODA's web digital assistant Laura. Now, together with my team, I am primarily responsible for the connectivity products and services that are designed to add the most value and make our customers' lives easier. These include products such as delivery to the boot of their car or smart parking services.
I moved to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab from Deloitte Advisory, where I worked as a Digital Transformation Consultant, primarily in the automotive sector. In my role as a consultant, I moved through the VBO department, where I was mainly involved in the strategic development of the Digitalization of the ŠKODA AUTO sales network. Subsequently, I moved to the GX department where I was in charge of the LBO project in the role of Key Account Manager and was responsible for partner relations and cooperation. In my current position, I am the Business Owner for LBO and CABS.
For the last seven years I have worked as a project manager for various digital services for the automotive industry. My experience ranges from technical development, product strategy and sales. During my career I had the opportunity to lead the integration of first solutions into ŠKODA connected cars, the development of mobility projects and the definition of business in new digital projects. I am open to ideas, enthusiastic about new technologies, which I strive to successfully deliver to our customers. At ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I am responsible for business ownership of new digital projects.
I came to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab from ŠKODA AUTO, where I worked in the Dealer Network Development department (later Customer Journey) and the sales department for Western Europe. I focused on projects related to Volkswagen Financial Services, Smart Mobility (Smart Parking, Car Sharing, Car Subscription) and digitization of the dealer network. At ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, I am responsible for market rollout, specifically for Pay to Park and Functions on Demand projects.
I joined the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab team from VW AG in January 2022. My career started at ŠKODA AUTO, where I was responsible for After Sales systems supporting processes in dealerships and service centers to ensure that dealers and end customers experience a seamless maintenance process. I spent the last three years at VW AG in Wolfsburg, where I was responsible for rollout activities in the Digital After Sales program. This position allowed me to see the real picture of business in a global perspective and to actively perceive the needs of dealers and our customers. At ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, I am now leading the coordination of B2C Rollout & Partner Management and I am convinced that we can build on my experience to develop ŠKODA AUTO's digital products together.
I am responsible for the rollout of digital services within the markets as well as the acquisition and integration of new partners into the solution. I have gathered relevant experience from various positions within sales and marketing departments at SKODA AUTO. To effectively manage work-life balance I focus my hobbies towards my family and my dog. They like travelling and exploring new areas as well as sports, especially hiking, biking, skiing and snowboarding.
I came to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab from EY, where I worked as a Consultant with the focus on the Automotive & Mobility sector. As a Consultant working on various different projects, I have the opportunity to gain knowledge across the entire industry either from strategical or operational perspective. Currently, I am part of the Strategic & Portfolio Team at ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab whose scope is to design new services and solutions for B2C customers, define strategy and the future direction and portfolio management of digital services. Our goal is to connect vehicle and digital services in one functional ecosystem to provide our customers with a unique customer experience.
I joined ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab in May this year. I am a partners management specialist in the rollout team, where I do my best to increase our partnership portfolio of vendors in the Offers project. My earlier career in ŠKODA AUTO started during my studies at ŠAVŠ in Mladá Boleslav. I completed my first internship in the field of after sales. The second internship which was very beneficial for me, took place in the international sales department where I was part of the sales product management. Before joining ŠKODO AUTO DigiLab I worked at the largest ŠKODA dealer in the Czech Republic, Louda Auto. As a sales manager for new ŠKODA cars, I led a team of five people and was responsible for the business processes of one showroom in Poděbrady. As for my hobbies, I like to go to the gym and ride my bike. I am interested in the velo industry (cycling industry) and follow news from the automotive world in the area of product aspects. Last but not least, I am a passionate car driver who loves dynamic driving.
