During my 15+ year career in senior managerial roles at telco and banking, I have gained a wealth of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business strategy and product management, and have managed large multinational teams across several countries. I’ve spent nearly 6 years working abroad, leading different corporate group projects. During the last two years I built a digital ICT accelerator for Telefonica, Wayra CEE, and created portfolio of digital startups to grow the core business of Telefonica. My current mission is to help ŠKODA AUTO to create future customer driven mobility solutions and enter into the digital age through successful synergies between ICT startup world and implementation of profitable innovations.
I have been in VOLKSWAGEN Group since 2004 working in different management positions in the financial area, e.g. controlling of corporate business, methodology and financial planning. Right now, I´m collecting extensive foreign experience due to my reallocation from Germany to the Czech Republic. My current role is the Head of Controlling of Methodology and New Projects at ŠKODA AUTO and also Managing Director and CFO of ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab. At the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I envision to make the digital transformation of ŠKODA AUTO as successful as possible by combining the best approaches from the traditional economy and new startup culture.
During my 20+ year career in the telecommunication and data center industry, I have been pivotal in a variety of successful projects in sales, business development and project management. At ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I am leveraging my working experience to make sure that our ideas turn into viable products and services and projects become a reality in the new era of mobility.
During last 5 years I worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for startups focusing mostly on B2B and B2C online services for travelers. Prior to that I worked for leading e-commerce platform as Sr. Business Analyst responsible for its platform development in France. I have also been leading a team of business analysts delivering internet distribution platform for public transport tickets in Prague. I have no doubt that the application of digital technologies in the automotive industry is the disruptive trend that will transform the whole industry. At the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I am identifying opportunities and managing implementation of the new services that will generate additional value for ŠKODA’s customers.
I have more then 15 years of experience in marketing and digital technologies. I gathered all experiences in media, digital agencies and also in my privat business. Now Im getting an opportunity to bring this experience and knowledge into SKODA AUTO DigiLab, where my favourite modern technologies and automotive meets together.My goal is to lead a marketing team with responsibility for ATL, BTL, digital campaings and events. And not only for SKODA AUTO DigiLab, also for all projects in mobility as a service, emobility and smart citites segments.
Through 19 years of „online experience“ in the private sector, digital creative, and media agencies, I discovered that digital innovation and technology is my passion. I am looking for, and creating, new opportunities in emerging customer-centered mobility technologies and trends, preparing digital strategies, creative concepts, and project development. The world of interconnected sensors making our lives easier, with impact on privacy rights, is intriguing my spirit and I keep track of the latest developments and trends in this area. As Co-founder and CEO of Sweden’s largest p2p car sharing platform, I ran an innovative mobility Startup from scratch to success in 3 years’ time. In 2015, after merging with the world’s 3rd biggest player, I took on the role as Nordic CEO leading multiple teams across several countries. Innovation and execution are my key strengths in this competitive and fast-moving Startup world we experience today.
I’ve been in software development for over 8 years. I was mostly helping startups with building their dreams during this period. My focus was primarily on the mobile and backend development. Initially, I started as an iOS developer and throughout the time moved to Project Lead role. Now I’m excited for the opportunity to leverage and extend my knowledge as Software Architect at SKODA AUTO DigiLab. My interest in technology implemented in cars and in mobility makes perfect fit here.
My first big challenge was the job as lawyer at ŠKODA AUTO where I had an opportunity to get experiences not only with workflow in VW concern but also with several foreign projects. Next logical step was connection between modern technologies and cars which is exactly what ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab is. The most interesting about ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab for me is its creative and inspiring environment which forces even lawyer, always bounded by the rules, to think 'out of the box'.
Over 5 years of experience within HR area, especially as headhunter and consultant. I joined SKODA AUTO DigiLab because of my inner need to be a part of some meaningful mission with highly skilled and motivated experts, and that SKODA AUTO DigiLab exactly is (increasingly confirmed). One of my major goal is to expand our team by the right new colleagues. Besides that, I also gained a great opportunity to learn new skills and explore new area.

My experience in business consultancy, in the areas of technology and innovation, as well as my interest in the automotive industry, make me passionate about the digital transformation of ŠKODA AUTO. My aim is to have a good understanding of customers’ current and future needs, and address the changing mobility and connectivity trends. At the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I am assessing new business opportunities to be converted into the most attractive mobility solutions for our customers.
I have more than 12 years of professional experience during which I have managed various international projects and programs focusing mainly on digital marketing. One of my key achievements has been building up and running a large-scale hub executing digital marketing campaigns for all European subsidiaries of a leading IT company. I think we are in early stages of digital revolution where new technologies will significantly change many areas of our lives including mobility. Being part of ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab will give me the opportunity to actively drive some of these changes.
I have been working most of my 15-year long career in various software development and technology companies. There I gained a lot of experience with software development and project management, complex integrations of various HW and SW technologies from security systems through industrial automation to intelligent transportation systems and IoT. I am a big technology enthusiast and in ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I focus on implementation of the new technologies into the Smart City projects and mobility services.
For the last few years, I have been developing my skills and knowledge in the field of online marketing, specifically "performance marketing", as well as analytical tools (for websites, applications). In the past, I have worked on several major internet projects with overlap to neighboring countries where I led and developed a team of online marketing specialists. At ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, I would like to help individual projects to take full advantage of their potential and move them further in online marketing and analytics.
Thirteen years ago, I left the world of telecommunication to focus to the development of the company I co-founded. After leaving my own startup, I was working on the various digitisation projects and business consultancy roles across miscellaneous industries. In addition to consulting in private companies, I worked also in the media and the non-profit sector. In ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab I am responsible for projects and services related to the development of E-Mobility.
I have joined ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab to bring technology and automotive worlds together to help people become more effective in mobility as I strongly believe that technology penetration into our daily life can significantly boost our productivity. It means we would be able to dedicate more time to the things and people that matter to us. Within the last 5 years I lived in 3 different countries, and grew my experience in Business Development within global IT company and ŠKODA AUTO. Combined with my knowledge of working with multinational cross-functional teams, this formed a firm base to bring new mobility ideas to life.
I moved to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab from corporate banking where I worked in structured finance area working on financing of acquisitions and other more complex loans for large corporate clients. I am extremely excited joining the top-notch team of ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab to work on the challenges of future mobility. I expect to encounter many interesting start-up and development projects, plentiful learning opportunities and chance to meet the smartest people in the business.
Growing up in a family business environment and living building up companies from scratch, I found my passion to bring ideas to life with all the sweet and bitter pieces which are part of that journey. During my 10+ years of experience with building (and also closing companies), my focus is on a business growth and development. With my strong passion for cars, I believe in the future of combining „classic“ ownership and new ways of shared mobility. My goal is to make the future happen and bring the value in my current focus field of Vehicle on Demand.
I have designed and published my first website more than 18 years ago and since then, designing for web has become my biggest passion and area of interest. During my 12 years of proffesional experience I have designed websites and web/mobile applications for several large czech and international clients. Working for ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab is a great opportunity to combine the online with the offline world in a startup-like environment.
My journey in website and software development started on high school. During this time I participated on different projects ranging from common presentation sites to eshops and cloud SaaS applications. I like to look for an effective solution to complex problems using state-of-the-art technologies. That’s why I joined ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, where I can use my experience in projects with global reach.
During my geoinformatics studies on a university, besides processing and analyzing the data, I was also involved in their visualization and became more interested in programming web and especially map applications. Later, I co-operated with several international teams on projects that were at different stages of development, thus I gained insight into a number of other technologies. During my work, I am always trying to find the best approaches to speed up the entire development process. Working in Digilab is for me an everyday challenge and the opportunity to participate in the development of progressive projects. In Digilab, I am dedicated to the development of web and hybrid mobile applications, and sometimes I help in the area of geodata processing.
In the last couple of years, I started to be interested in the phenomenon of labs (city labs/living labs). Past five years I lived, studied and worked in Copenhagen, Denmark where I could see it emerging. I dedicated my master thesis to investigate deeper into this phenomenon, where I developed a prototype in one of the labs. Besides my studies, I spent a year on two projects for a user experience competence center of a global automotive company where I learned about UX. When being part of technological development I like to think of its consequences: what is the impact, is it made with a sustainable awareness and does it reflect what society needs?
I have joined the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab team after my studies as this was a challenge. My main task and responsibility is to create and support the environment for the whole team and to provide support to CEO. I also work on event preparation and management which allows ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab to connect with start-up world. ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab is for me the place where I can realize my ideas, learn new things and gain a lot of experience. We are likely to meet on one of our events!
