Marketing Manager (CMO)

Your role:

  • CMO for ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab = Responsibility for all marketing activities and marketing communication for ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab (ŠADL), including external and internal marketing (internal marketing within ŠKODA AUTO Group, globally) At the same time, you will play a CMO role for individual projects, mainly those in MVP (=minimum viable product) phase of development
  • For both of those CMO roles, you will be responsible for: Preparation of long-term and short term marketing plans for both ŠADL and individual digital projects
  • Overlooking both marketing (and communication) activities for both
  • Strategic long term / short term marketing / media planning
  • Marketing / media budget coordination
  • Analysis and evaluation of market situation and optimization of executed campaigns (ATL, BTL, online, offline)
  • Planning and regular monitoring of marketing budget and media allocation per brand and channel
  • Marketing campaigns preparation and execution (with team and/or agency)
  • Balancing the brand/performance orientation
  • Pricing and marketing research
  • Strong understanding of current online and offline marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Close cooperation with project and product managers
  • Management of marketing / media specialist as well as external agencies
  • Building and continuously improving internal digital knowledge

Your Skills/Experience:

  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Czech language is a MUST
  • Quickly reacting to changing circumstances in the product / project, shaping the company's understanding of a particular product, sales strategy, or marketing idea
  • Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, PPC campaigns, social media and analytics
  • Experience with PPC campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook adds, Sklik), remarketing, analytics and social media (management, media, campaigns, targeting)
  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing as well as PR and events
  • Preferred experience in media agency startups or developing/growing companies
  • Preferred experience with online campaigns and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, capable to achieve win-win solution thanks to focus on presentations of facts and figures. Capable to deliver strong and focused messages to highest managerial levels and win their support.
  • Fluent English

Front-end Developer

Your role:

  • Create new and update existing websites (from simple one pagers to complex product/service oriented sites with advanced features) – all fully responsive
  • Prepare and optimize fronted for mobile apps in cooperation with UX/graphic designer
  • Implement analytics and tracking (i.e. GTM, GA, Hotjar…)
  • Analyze, test and debug code
  • Optimize website performance
  • Follow latest trends and suggest improvements

Your Skills/Experience:

  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a must
  • Responsive design
  • Debugging, testing
  • Experience with VCS, ideally Git
  • Preferably experience with:
    • PHP, jQuerry, MySQL, React
    • UX/UI, accesibility, SEO basics
    • Frontend framework
    • Basic working ability with Photoshop
